Examiner tips

  • Use the exact sequence of the mark scheme; list each point clearly.
  • Show the progression from cell to organ system.
  • Keep answers concise and use the terminology from the scheme.

Common mistakes

  • Mixing up the order of cell, tissue, organ, organ system.
  • Using vague terms like "different parts" instead of "tissues" or "organs".
  • Leaving out any of the four required points.
