## Mark scheme (5 marks)

1. There is relative motion between the coil (conductor) and the magnetic field
2. A potential difference is induced across the ends of the coil / conductor
3. Because the coil is part of a complete circuit, a current flows
4. First valid change: increase the speed of rotation of the coil
5. Second valid change: increase the number of turns / coils of wire OR increase the strength of the magnetic field
